Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Rhodi app or this website (together, “Rhodi”), you agree to these terms. Rhodi is operated by Rhodi Labs. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app. We’ll be sad, but we’ll manage.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Rhodi on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. Game night at your place: absolutely. Reselling, copying, or re-hosting the app or its content: not covered.

• Optional premium content (“Rhodi Plus”) is sold through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by those stores under their own terms and refund policies.
• Purchases unlock content on the device/store account used to buy them, per the store’s rules.
• Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to something you already bought.

When using Rhodi you agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app’s source code or assets, except where law permits;
• use the app or its content to build a competing product;
• circumvent purchase mechanisms or access premium content without paying;
• use Rhodi in any unlawful way.

The Rhodi name, logo, characters, artwork, game modes, prompts, and all other content are owned by Rhodi Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you the right to play with our content, not ownership of it. Screenshots and clips of your game nights for personal, non-commercial sharing are welcome.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or bug reports (please do!), you agree we can use them to improve Rhodi without owing you compensation or credit, though we genuinely appreciate every one.

Rhodi is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it fun and bug-free, but we can’t promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we’re not responsible for friendships strained by a well-played Imposter round.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhodi Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rhodi. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app content in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Rhodi at any time by deleting the app. We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue features; material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Rhodi after changes take effect means you accept them.
